Happy Halloween, Nat! What’s Elsie dressing up as, if you don’t mind me asking? I love 7 months. I saw my specialist for my ongoing struggle with lymphedema in my leg, and I was downgraded (or upgraded, depending on how you look at it) to a smaller sleeve. At first, I was crying because I’m still wearing one at all, but just listening to you, I’m happy just for the swelling to be going down. I’m positive there’s some kind of higher power looking out for me. That’s happening in every part of my life. Things between me and my wonderful John could not be better. He just got a new job, and I could not be prouder of him. Thank you for reminding me that my micromanaging doesn’t always help things. Right now, I’m just going to enjoy one of the apples I picked at the orchard today and just chill, knowing that it’s all going to work out. Have a lovely fall, Nat!

Funny enough, as you were speaking and before mentioned, I thought to myself, would love if she shared her mourning routine on how she deepens her spiritual connection, and then you said that is what you are releasing this month!!! Sleep is where often find answers. A must!
