One question I have is about Meditation which I do have a practice when I wake up in the morning (which is not that early) for 20 minutes every day. Can you speak to the reason or need to meditate during the changing of light? Iām a night person., so I go to bed around 1 AM and waking up to meditate at dawn has never been a priority for me. Am I missing something? -
I don’t think you’re missing anything! If it works for you (you feel connected), do your thing! The reason morning is powerful for me is because I am setting the tone for the rest of my day, and I tend to show up different if I feel connected to the zero/God. š

Nat, this is the nerdiest podcast youāve done yet!!! Lord of The Rings, Harry Potter, AND Star Trek?! No wonder youāre so smart.
Youāre so right. Spirituality is such a valuable investment. When you were talking, what I was reminded of was how important it is for me to dream of what I want and not be limited by what seems practical or possible or needed.
I am such a mystic. I take spirituality so seriously that Iāve literally been a spiritual teacher and a shamanic healer in the past few years. My guides come into my dreams, my ears, my visions just to help me. Itās unbelievable how much support there is in the āunseenā realms.
I have been asking and asking and asking what Iām here to do. Whatās my biggest impact? Whatās my bliss? I ignore that Iāve already been told. They come to me in my dreams and literally perform the music, instruments and all, for me.

But canāt you see what you wanna be?8 years ago I didnāt believe in chakras, other dimensionsā¦I didnāt believe in any of it. I asked to heal and the healers and healing modalities and the triggers (eeek) showed up. The support showed up. I wanted to know God. Your podcasts showed up.
I want to make that music. Iām still learning to really trust that itās right, even though I donāt think they could have been more clear. Itās sooo easy to get hypnotized! Thanks for getting me back on track again and again.
