Hi Nat! I’m totally feeling this month’s theme of isolation and solitude. I am all about the 7. Just now, I got halfway through this podcast when the loudest person I’ve ever met came stomping down the stairs and I had to come in my room if I wanted to hear you. Tomorrow, I am starting my New Years resolutions and going on my first run of the year. I can’t wait for some solitude and only listening to the wind and my own thoughts. I lost a lot of weight and got in great shape a few years ago when I started running…and then other junk happened, and I got distracted. I’ve always valued getting in shape, having been born with a physical disability. I hope this year is the year I can maintain it. Happy New Year!

I Love your work, always!
Sometimes I need to listen more than once your podcast, so I can try to understand all that you are trying to explain and I am not sure if I am capable of fully understand it sometimes, (sorry) but I love it.
I dont seem to understand how to do the things I am supous to do, to reach my core values, maybe I dont even know exactly what they are (I believe in honesty, loyalty and friendship and being kind to one another) but I dont not know what makes me want what I want, because I want so many things! The truth is that I always find myself distracted by other shinny stuff, and thus making always excuses as I am unable to committe to anything long enough to launch any roots, also, I believe I am my worst enemy, having these feelings, thoughts of not being enough, of inedequacy to make anything worthwhile.
So, how does one find a way to have a clear vision and consistency, if you are the opposite. A total mess.
Procrastination and low self esteem are my daily demons and I dont know how to be strong enough to stop feeding them because I am lazzy! Oh my, oh my!
For example, can I ask the universe if I can receive ints on what would be the correct path to work on, or, that is to vague, right? Must I already have it clear in my head, when it is very unclear?Thank you Nat for being a light in my life, I always enjoy your wisdom and If I could I would always pay for your work, and I would also book a private session with you, so, yes, I think that is a great idea!

Sofia, so grateful for your comment. What if you asked the Universe for guidance on your main value or word? On the thing that is bigger than you, that guides and lifts you? That might be a good place to start. And if you haven’t already listened to the bonus episode from December, go through that again to see what comes up. 😉
