In PART 1 of the Shadow Side Series, we discussed how loads of yummy success is lying-in-wait in your chart (in the dark aspects of your inner nature) and the 2 huge perspective shifts that will change the name of the game, when you feel all triggered and insecure.

In Part 2, we went over the light and dark aspects of each number in Numerology (1-33)!

And now… in Part 3 of the Shadow Side Series, we are going to cover:

• How to neutralize the shadow side of your nature, so you can get busy being the inspired version of you, once again
• How to extract the new message/piece of clarity from your blocks so you can move to the next level in your career, craft or industry
• And a 3 step mindset framework to make doing the above super simple no matter how triggered you might be (this is what I do with my clients behind-the-scenes to move through these shadow moments, so they can get busy bringing their light into the world and create a body of work, a business, and a lifestyle that is glorious, abundant and feels so good to them!)

The 3 Step Framework to Neutralize the ‘Shadow Side’ Of Your Numbers

Step 1) Observe, celebrate and notice it. Name it. “I am going to that place again.” When we name something, we are no longer possessed by it.

Step 2) Pause making any big decisions or thinking about big things. We want to extract the treasure BEFORE doing anything.

Step 3) Extract the treasure with POWERFUL QUESTIONS. (You do not need to answer all of these questions. These are just some favorites from my clients. Answer the ones that call you.)

• Why now?
• What lie is the shadow side telling? (What is the limited/negative belief here?) And what if it was my job to disprove that lie? What evidence do I have that this is not true?
• What is the lesson here?
• If I was receiving my next assignment, what would that be?
• If I was in service to the light aspect of my number (and the end result that my number is here to produce), how might I show up different?
