1. The Exhausted Character

• What roles, identities, or ways of being feel exhausting, even if they once brought success or approval?
• What version of you are you ready to stop rehearsing? (Think in qualities, not tasks.)

2. The True/New Character

• When in your life have you felt most like yourself… even if it wasn’t impressive or admired?
• Don’t focus on what you were doing, focus on who you were being.
• What qualities were present?

If the above feels hard to answer, try one of these instead:

• When have I felt at home in myself? Or when did I feel calm, grounded, or internally aligned?

• Is there a character in a movie, book, or show that feels familiar to you (not someone you want to be but someone you recognize yourself in)? What qualities do they embody?

You’ve now unearthed the core keys that will allow you to shift timelines as we move into Phases Two, Three, and Four in Part Two, going live next week. Keep these qualities somewhere accessible (like a Google doc, a notebook, or the notes app on your phone). They’ll become your reference points for the 28-day identity rehearsal we’ll begin at the end of Part Two.
