The Mythic Map of Reinvention: Inspired by the Persephone Myth

Stage 1: The Disruption
Persephone is taken from the meadow. Something shakes your world – burnout, change, or loss. Like Persephone, you’re pulled out of comfort and into the unknown.
Journal Prompt: In the last 3–4 years, what has disrupted the norm for you? This can be a powerful exercise in being initiated into (and coming to terms with!) transformation.

Stage 2: The Descent
She enters the Underworld. You feel lost, invisible, in-between. The shadow work begins. You’re not who you were, and not yet who you’re becoming.
Journal Prompts: Who was I in the ‘meadow’ that can’t come with me into the underworld?
What might I have been ignoring in the meadow, to avoid discomfort or change?

Stage 3: The Awakening
She eats the seeds. A soul truth is digested. You stop resisting the transformation and begin claiming your new voice, power, and purpose.
Journal Prompts: What truth might I need to accept, that might change everything?
Why might this be happening for me, not to me? If I were to accept where I am, what might be the treasure here?

Stage 4: The Return and Rise
She emerges as Queen and walks between worlds. With a deeper voice, stronger boundaries, and a new sense of sovereignty, you begin to lead from your wholeness. You become an elevated, nuanced, guide – not because you bypassed the darkness, but because you walked through it.
Journal Prompt: If I could say what I really want to say and be who I really want to be, what would that look like?

Additional Journal Prompts:

  • What am I done pretending, performing, or perfecting in my work?
  • What message is trying to come through me now?

Final Invitation:
We don’t reinvent once – we cycle through this rebirth process again and again. And in this 9 Universal Year? You’re being asked to trust this process. To honor it. To gather the soul-gold of your journey so far and prepare for the bloom already stirring beneath the surface.

✨ If this episode stirred something in you… the Success Numbers Audit is a perfect place to start. You’ll uncover your first two core numbers and the deeper reasons you may be stuck, while learning how to integrate into your power, just like Persephone. This 1:1 session will help you realign with your calling and craft your next chapter with soul and strategy.

You’re allowed to evolve.
You’re allowed to lead differently now.
You’re allowed to bloom, on your terms.

That’s how it is supposed to be.

BIGGEST hugs…
